Keep sales training simple. Focus on use case, speed, paper/label width, and key options.
- Ask the customer what they print first: label or receipt.
- Ask where they print: fixed counter, warehouse, factory, or mobile.
- Ask paper/label width before recommending a model.
- Use GA-2408T as the main desktop barcode model.
- Use B300/K329 as a stable 3-inch mobile reference.
- Keep 203 dpi as the normal recommendation unless customer needs fine printing.
- Do not list every old or non-promoted model.
- Do not over-explain features before confirming the use case.
- Do not recommend RFID unless the customer needs RFID.
- Do not push 2-inch mobile printers as the main option.
- Do not promise optional accessory installation without confirmation.
