Sales Do & Don’t

Keep sales training simple. Focus on use case, speed, paper/label width, and key options.

Do
  • Ask the customer what they print first: label or receipt.
  • Ask where they print: fixed counter, warehouse, factory, or mobile.
  • Ask paper/label width before recommending a model.
  • Use GA-2408T as the main desktop barcode model.
  • Use B300/K329 as a stable 3-inch mobile reference.
  • Keep 203 dpi as the normal recommendation unless customer needs fine printing.
Don’t
  • Do not list every old or non-promoted model.
  • Do not over-explain features before confirming the use case.
  • Do not recommend RFID unless the customer needs RFID.
  • Do not push 2-inch mobile printers as the main option.
  • Do not promise optional accessory installation without confirmation.
Simple Sales Quote
“First ask what the customer prints: industrial label, desktop label, receipt, or mobile label/receipt. Then choose by width, speed, and required options. Do not start by showing all models.”
